WE MADE IT TO LONDON ENGLAND! DAY 1
Today was a day spent on the Hop On Hop Off bus. We do this in all major cities, preferably on the first day we get there. It has been such a great way to see the city and get an over view of the area. Many times we run across sites we hadn't heard about. Along the route you use head phones to listen to commentary about the sites you are seeing. We always walk away with new information and a history lesson. So for about $30 per person for a day - we get to sit back and see the sites.
Today in London we went on 3 different bus routes for 5 hours. We hop off for a tea and lunch, then hop back on to continue our journey. For $6 per hour we have a guide and transportation. We have found it to be a great deal.
Oh and I almost forgot the best part, it includes a trip down the River Thames. Today was cloudy with showers, but it was still great to be out seeing London England! Beth
