AIRBNB IN MADRID SPAIN

AIRBNB IN MADRID SPAIN

I feel like we are becoming Airbnb professionals. We move locatations every 4-8 days. That is ALOT of packing, unpacking and learning the ropes in a new city or country. The one thing that has been pretty much the same is Airbnb. We have stayed in 9 Airbnb's in 3 months. All have been a great bargin and a nice way to stay local. We have only had one disappointment but even that wasn't horrible, it was just not as clean as we would have liked but still very livable.

The reason, I point this out is that after 3 months on the road and multiple homes we have stayed in - we have saved alot of money!. We pay a fraction of what we would pay in a hotel and in some places we are able to cook our own food, wash our own laundry and feel at home, even if it is someone elses home.

I am sharing with you the photos and prices of where we stay in order for people who have not used Airbnb - to have a little more information about the service. I hope you find this information helpful.

In Madrid Spain we stayed in a small studio with a loft bed. It was extremely clean and very modern. The owner Padro did not live in it, so I assume it is just an investment. His partner, Moses, checked us in and gave us the key and a brief description of the area. For the next 4 days we did not see Padro or Moses. When our lights went out - I sent a text to Padro and he immedently replied with instructions on where to find the breaker box. The apartment cost us $56 a night. Beth
